Products and Availability
Cinematic Ink Press is an independent publishing imprint offering books and related merchandise. Products may include standard editions, signed copies, personalized copies, numbered or limited editions, preorders, and promotional items.
Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and release or fulfillment dates are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate and current.
Orders and Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Cinematic Ink Press reserves the right to cancel or refund an order in the event of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to fulfill the order, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and personalization information when placing an order.
Preorders
Certain products may be offered for preorder before inventory is available for shipment. Estimated shipping or release dates will be displayed on the applicable product page whenever possible.
Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to printing, production, shipping, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Cinematic Ink Press. Customers will be notified of significant changes when appropriate.
Signed, Personalized & Limited Editions
Some products may be signed, personalized, individually numbered, or sold as limited editions. Because these products may be prepared specifically for an individual customer, additional restrictions regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges may apply.
Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization information for accuracy before submitting an order.

Unless otherwise stated, the written content, book titles and related original materials, artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or used with permission by Cinematic Ink Press and/or author Billy Clark.
Content from this website may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

This website may not be used for unlawful purposes, fraudulent transactions, attempts to interfere with website operation or security, or unauthorized use of copyrighted or proprietary material.

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery time after shipment varies depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Tracking information will be provided if/when available once your order has shipped.
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated release or fulfillment date stated on the product page. If your order contains both available and pre-order items, fulfillment times may vary.
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Cinematic Ink Press is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Return & Refund Policy
We want your book to arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect order, please contact Cinematic Ink Press within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Unused and unopened standard-edition books may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Signed, personalized, numbered, limited-edition, and other customized books are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Cinematic Ink Press.
Signed & Personalized Copies
Signed, personalized, numbered, limited-edition, and other specially prepared copies are created specifically for the purchaser and are considered final sale.
Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that personalization requests can be changed after an order has been placed.
If a signed or personalized copy arrives damaged or does not match the order submitted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
